Nations are racing to build sovereign digital infrastructure. The coordination layer that connects these systems—open-source, auditable, resistant to capture—doesn’t exist yet.
Commons Lab is a venture incubator. We find the founders who build that infrastructure, support them through incubation, with follow-on investment planned through the Commons Fund.
